Workshop - Watercolour painting for kids (Engelstalig)

This summer break, we are organising a very fun watercolour painting workshop for children between the age of 6 and 9 years with Claire de Leeuw. This workshop will be an introduction into the painting techniques of wet on wet and wet on dry. You can also explore colour mixing together with blending.

Perfect for beginners

During the workshop, you will learn how to make a butterfly or a lady bug with watercolour. This workshop is for beginners who love painting and want to explore more materials. The children will first practice how the watercolor works and then color in pre-drawn butterflies or lady bugs with the colors of their choice.

About Claire de Leeuw

I am from South Africa and have been living in The Netherlands for two and a half years now.
I am passionate about teaching children and helping them learn. I work part-time as a Teaching Assistant in The Hague. Watercolour painting has been a lifelong hobby for me and I continue to enjoy it. I look forward to sharing my passion for watercolours with the children through this autumn activity!
